The Yoga Room offers a ground breaking bodywork techniques known as John Barnes Myofascial Release. This therapy is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial muscle and connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Trauma, inflammatory responses, and/or restrictions that can produce tensile pressures of 2,000 lbs per square Inch on pain sensitive structures that do not show up in many of the standard tests (x-ray, myelograms , CAT scans, etc. .
I look at each client as a unique individual. I educate each client about posture , self treatment instructions and ways they can get back into moving with more awareness. This not only helps the physical body but also our mental state.

One may have an experience of the energy moving and being cleared throughout the body. Healing can take place on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level. Reiki supports the body's natural ability to heal itself. Reiki promotes deep relaxation and each treatment will work to realign, relax, and renew.
